ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website (Faganmedia.com), you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

SERVICES

A 50% deposit is required for all wed design and graphic design services. This deposit is non-refundable.

CD DISTRIBUTION

Musicians within the network we are allowed to submit 5 copies of their album to us for online distribution. If at any time an artist choose to discontinue membership with us, we will ship the remaining CDs to the address provided.

PAYMENT

We will pay all musicians at the end of each month in which their CDs were sold. At this time we only process payments through PayPal. No payments by check, credit, or cash will be made.

SALES

All CD sales are final. However if the product is defective we will exchange it.

MEDIA SUBMISSIONS

We only accept media in the following formats.

Music.......................MP3 ONLY

Video.......................MPEG, WMV, AVI, MPEG-4

Images....................JPEG
